1. HOW LONG IS SHIPPING? 

2-3 Business Days for all domestic orders. This does not include processing time which is 2-3 Business Days for stocked items and 10-14 Business Days preorder/custom items.

3. WHAT IS RAW HAIR?

Raw Hair is hair that is in its natural state. It has had no chemical changes, color, or steam processing of any kind and all the cuticles are in tact. This is the highest quality of hair on the market. We also have a small selection of Brazilian & Indian wigs as well.

4. CAN I COLOR MY BUNDLES?

Any chemical process should be done by a professional. Our raw hair can handle color but please be cautious, this can cause damage by the chemical alterations just like your real hair. Damage due to coloring can affect the overall look, feel, and longevity of your extensions. Monica Nicole hair we will not be held reliable for these damages. 

5. DOES THE HAIR SHED?

Minimal, no hair is absolutely perfect. We carry reinforced machine weft bundles. One of the most effective ways to reduce shedding is by sealing wefts during installation if wefts are cut. 

6. HOW LONG DOES THE HAIR LAST?

Our wigs and extensions can last through several installations. However, the life of your extensions depends heavily on how they are cared for. On average our customers can use there raw wigs or extensions 3-5 years. Wigs with a Brazilian origin can last 1-2 years. (This does not include the need to replace frontal and closures on wig units.)

7. HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY HAIR?

All hair reacts differently to different products and regimens. Please avoid products that may strip your extensions of moisture such as parabens, sulfate, and silicone. Products with high alcohol content dehydrate the hair. Also avoid heavy oils which can weigh the hair down. In our experience with products less is more.

8. HOW MANY BUNDLES SHOULD I ORDER?

Depending on the volume of hair installs between 12"-16" need two-three bundles and installs longer than 18" we recommend three-four bundles. This also varies based on the type of install and if you will be using a closure or some type of frontal as well as the amount of volume you want. 22" or longer installs you will need four or more bundles.
