Shipping

Orders in the US are shipped via UPS or USPS with receipt conformation and insurance. Shipping takes approximately 2-3 business days not including processing times. No orders are shipped, processed, or received on weekends or holidays. All payments must be confirmed and cleared before orders are shipped.

Undelivered/Lost/Return Packages

If you do not receive your package& it is lost or returned to Monica Nicole Hair it is usually due to an insufficient or incomplete address. Return to sender packages will be restocked and you will be issued a store credit in the form of an electronic gift card form, minus shipping charges. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered packages or shipments.
